our community events are designed to connect men,
give them practical tools,
help them share their journey, while learning from others,
and to support each other as we meet life on it's terms.
events are held locally, here in London Ontario, and online.

through meditation, breath-work, connecting to our bodies and creating space for men to be vulnerable, we set the space so guys can step forward on their path, supported by men who are doing the same.
